  3. Technical Incompatibility: If the product key is incompatible with your system despite meeting all stated system requirements.
  4. Key Not Matching Description: If the product key you received is for a different product or version than what was advertised and purchased.

Exchange and Refund Exclusions

Exchanges and refunds will not be provided under the following circumstances:
